BOARD OF [LIQUOR] LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

The Board of License Commissioners regulates the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in Washington County (Code 1957, Art. 2B, sec. 15-112).

In Washington County, the Board's three members are appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to six-year terms. No more than two of those appointed may belong to the same political party (Code 1957, Art. 2B, sec. 15-101).
